Test Introduction

Raw material will be extracted with suitable solvents depending on customer’s demand. Extract will be partitioned with n-hexane, CH2Cl2, EtOAc and n-BuOH, successively. Each fraction will be subjected to different chromatography for taking short cuts, or making the best of isolation process. Isolated pure compound can be used for structure elucidation, biological test or standard compound for chemistry and manufacturing control. Purity test sheet (>95%) by HPLC also will be supplied.
