PC2-2 : C-term sequencing by LC-ESI-MS/MS
Test Introduction
PC2-2 is a test method for analyzing C-terminal of protein sequencing using a mass spectrometer. C-terminal of protein is a structure where can be modified in various ways. Using protein-digesting enzymes, protease, confirm the sequencing of C-terminal peptide which consists of 3 ~ 20 types of amino acid through mass spectrometer. It has been known that Lysine truncation or Drug conjugate is one of major C-terminal modification in Glutamine amino acid.
Sample

Analysis Process
- Protease Digestion
- LC-MS, LC-MS/MS
- Characterization of peaks
De-novo sequencing
- Determination of
C-terminal sequence and modification
