Amino acid composition analysis is a vital tool at all stages of drug discovery and throughout the manufacturing process. Composition of
amino acids in target proteins is to evaluate the quantities of each amino acid in target proteins after hydrolysis of proteins. Amino acid
ratio can be determined by comparing data of amino acid obtained by LC to theoretical ratio of amino acids.
