PC2-3 : N-term sequencing using Edman degradation method

Test Introduction

N-terminal sequencing involves a series of chemical reactions that derivatize and remove one amino acid at a time from the N-terminus of target proteins. Sequence can be determined by confirmation and comparing residue amino acid PTH-amino acid obtained by LC to standard PTH-amino acids.
