PC6-1 : Site-specific N-Glycan Profile Analysis
Test Introduction
PC6-2 is a test method for N-glycan structure analysis of glycoprotein. It defines a structure of glycan and glycan structure that linked each site of amino acids. In a case of glycoprotein that has more than two glycosylation sites, then it is possible to reveal details of the glycan of protein by confirming the structure of glycan in each glycosylation site.
