Test Introduction

It is a test item that analyzes the O-glycan structure identification and quantitatively analyzes O-glycan with glycoproteins. The analysis method involves treating β-elimination, then separating O-glycan from glycoprotein, and analyzing O-glycan structure and O-glycan composition through the HILIC-UPLC-MS method via 2-AB labeling.
